Danielle Dimas, LPCC
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or like you’ve lost parts of yourself along the way, you’re not alone.
Danielle is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with a master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and over a decade of experience in the behavioral health field. Since becoming licensed in 2017, she has supported women, mothers, individuals, and families through a wide range of emotional and relational challenges.
Danielle offers a warm, thoughtful space where clients can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what they’re carrying. She is especially passionate about working with women and mothers who may feel stuck in survival mode as they are juggling responsibilities, managing anxiety, or navigating relationship stress while trying to stay connected to themselves.
Her work is grounded in the belief that our past experiences shape how we show up in our relationships, our parenting, and our sense of self. Danielle helps clients explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, while also supporting them in building more balanced, connected, and meaningful ways of living.
She has completed training as a Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) clinician and reflective supervisor, is certified in Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM), and EMDR training to continue expanding her trauma-informed care.
Danielle’s clinical approach is rooted in Contextual Family Therapy and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, and a strengths-based perspective. She works collaboratively with clients to highlight their resilience, increase self-understanding, and support lasting, meaningful change.
She strives to create a space that feels steady, supportive, and genuinely collaborative, where women feel safe to be honest about their experiences, explore what’s beneath the surface, and move toward change at a pace that feels right for them.
Outside of the therapy room, Danielle enjoys outdoor adventures, getting lost in a good book, and spending meaningful time with her family.
